Q: How do I keep receiving SilverSneakers emails?

A: Please add support@comm.silversneakers.com to your safe list. If an email has already made it to your spam filter, remove it from your spam list so you can continue to receive emails from us.

Q: I used to receive emails from SilverSneakers but can’t find them anymore. How do I get them back?

A: If you notice you are not receiving SilverSneakers emails anymore, our new email address may have accidentally been reported as spam. The first step is to check your spam folder.
