Here's your Beginner's Strength workout

READY TO TRY A CLASS in-person?

This beginner's workout will start with a dynamic warm up, followed by a circuit of 15 different strength and balance exercises. You'll perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 20 seconds of rest. Then you'll complete the workout with a cool-down and stretch.  Before you head to a class, here are the best fitness tips for seniors to help you get started.
