If the Fitness+ account is not renewed after 3 months, the eligible member may reactivate their Fitness+ account at any time for no cost.

How does it work?
All that’s needed is an iPhone to get started. There is no additional cost to use Fitness+ as long as the SilverSneakers Member belongs to a participating health plan. Members can activate their Fitness+ account when logged in to their free SilverSneakers.com member account or SilverSneakers GO app. Fitness+ can be renewed at no additional cost, as frequently as every 3 months. If the Fitness+ account is not renewed after 3 months, the eligible member may reactivate their Fitness+ account at any time for no additional cost.
How do I sign up?
Eligible SilverSneakers members must sign in to their SilverSneakers member account at SilverSneakers.com or SilverSneakers GO app to activate the Fitness+ account included with SilverSneakers membership. Fitness+ can be activated at any time, as long as the member belongs to a participating health plan.
